Activmindidolz is a Lagos-based property development company ranked among Nigeria’s top five indigenous real estate developers. Since our official incorporation in 2019, we have consistently delivered luxury properties across highbrow areas of Lagos including Ikoyi, Lekki, Victoria Island, and the rapidly growing Isheri Olofin.
Our early projects date back to 2006, where we successfully built 19 units of 3-bedroom flats and semi-detached homes for ExxonMobil staff at Oniru Estate, Victoria Island. Today, we’ve completed Activmindidolz Gardens Phase I with 107 units in Lekki and continue to expand across Lagos State.
At Activmindidolz, we deliver high-quality homes on time. Our streamlined construction model allows us to complete homes within six months—an industry-leading feat in Nigeria’s real estate market.
